Included in this pack is 1 bottle of each of the following wines:

  •  Hughes & Hughes Pinot Noir 2020  – Fruit from vineyards in the Coal River, Derwent and Tamar Valleys, the North West and the d’Entrecasteaux Channel. Predominantly whole berry, 12% whole bunch including a carbonic component, natural yeast, held on skins for 16-21 days. Pressed directly to and matured in oak (5% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered
  • Kate Hill Pinot Noir 2017 – Sourced from a single vineyard in the upper Derwent Valley. A low yielding vintage aids optimum ripeness & producers a lifted, savoury nose of rich berries and plums with hints of mint. On the palate it’s rich velvety & round.  Superb cool climate Tassie fruit from a superb cool climate part of the world.
  • Pooley Wines Pinot Noir 2021 – Exhibiting bright vibrant red fruit with aromatics that leap from the glass. Primary red fruits dominate the palate with, complex layers of spice, cedar and plum. Fine tannin and acidity draw excellent length giving the palate a truly rewarding finish.
