Young Grand Cru vines from the Northern Alsace. Exceptional balance, poise & grace. A pale yellow with a fresh and floral nose reminiscent of elderflower; notes of gooseberries. Fresh and dry, classic Bistro blanc.
Santolin Gladysdale 2018 Chardonnay $38 Yarra Valley, Victoria
Textural, peaches, melons, red apples, citrus and minerality. It’s taut, just stopping short of racy because the middle palate shows nuttiness & spice. Wild yeast with subtly toasty French oak.

Lavender and blackberry aromas, lovely concentration of cherry fruit weight with good balancing acidity and young, sprightly tannins. It’s vibrant, expressive & earthy from old certified organic vineyards.

100% Old-Vine Gamay. The fruit sets on the palate like dark mulberry fruit combined with light touches of herbs & liquorice. Traditional old school & superb. I (Jeremy) like to have this very slightly chilled.
