Killer juice and so very smashable. Fermented in big old concrete vats using 100% whole bunches to add freshness. This is pretty to smell. It’s fresh & high-toned with orange peel, spices, sour cherries, mulberries & just keeps showing layers of fruit. Love the tannin structure; it’s almost gamay-like, Beaujolais-like, I like-like this wine. Serve slightly chilled and slurp to your heart’s content.

100% Lenswood Pinot Noir, 70% whole bunch, wild yeasts, 100 days on skins, unfiltered & unfined, 10% new & 90% neutral French oak.
