Fleshy & textured with layers of stone-fruits & green apple crunchiness. This is all linseed oil & stone-fruits on the nose but the palate opens up to an exotic array of flavours. Aged in a mix of French oak & acacia wood there’s a fascinating array of light sappiness and textural tannin crunch that makes for terrific persistence on the palate. It’s aromatically beguiling and lip-smackingly delicious.

100% Savagnin from Lobethal, fermented with wild yeasts, nine months bâttonage, 10 months in neutral French oak & Acacia wood.
