The estate is situated in Saint-Bris in northern Burgundy. It is composed of a modern winery and of vaulted cellars dating from the 11th and 12th centuries located in the very heart of the village.
The vineyard is managed organically and as naturally as possible in order to show the wonderfully expressive fruit that Organic grown grapes achieve.
