This racy red sparkling is a blend of Yarra Valley Shiraz, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.  All texture and a natural character showing tart cherries, black raspberry, wild plum and a red peachy note along with spice and herbs. Bright mineral notes makes this medium-bodied Pet-Nat an absolute winer!
