Pooley Wines Pinot Noir 2021

From one of southern Tassie’s most loved wine makers. This is brightly structured … there is some grip on the palate, yes … overall freshness of fruit, red berries, strawberry tang and plenty of complexity. It retains that Anna Pooley fingerprint, DNA if you will, of polished slickness but this goes a bit deeper than that too. Excellent Pinot!

Anna writes, “Exhibiting bright vibrant red fruit with aromatics that leap from the glass. Primary red fruits dominate the palate with, complex layers of spice, cedar and plum. Fine tannin and acidity draw excellent length giving the palate a truly rewarding finish.”
