Ahhh Shiraz!! It is one of Australia’s most famous grape varieties! Whether it’s the big fruity bold Barossa Valley Shiraz that will put a smile on your face as you sip it. Or the elegant styles from the Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley that are deeply coloured with dense bouquets of aromatic dark fruits and berries. Shiraz grows well in warm and cool climates around Australia and is considered to be one of the most popular wines of this generation.

Typical characteristics of Shiraz show flavours of red plums, dark cherries, blackberries, red cherries, dark chocolate with hints of spice. The wines are powerful with never-ending trails of fresh and spicy fruit flavours and good firm tannin structure.
