The 2020 has been fermented in Amphora Clay pots, a bit of time on skins, unfiltered and Vegan friendly. The fruit for this wine was picked, crushed, then cloudy juice was fermented by wild yeasts. Think guava, gunflint and lime, finishing with oyster shell like saltiness. Delicious.
