This Adelaide Hills Pinot Grigio is singing with bright, crisp red apple, pears, it’s vibrantly built and delightfully crunchy and fresh. This is Grigio through and through with minerality & energy. It hits the tongue with only the slightest hint of sweetness but this is quickly swept away by the zesty, crunchy acidity and minerality that rides it like a super slide of primary fruitiness. There’s terrific length that leaves you wanting more and that’s what a good Pinot Grigio should do.
