While this is an unusual blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay it certainly makes for great drink. There’s a hint of tropical fruit but the nose is essentially passion fruit, citrus & peach. The palate is really well balanced with freshness and zestiness, passion fruit, peach and melons sitting in amongst a delightful lemon curd mid palate that leads to a touch of wild honey & passion fruit butter. A melange of fruit and a really good value dry white from the south of France.
